Oklahoma County DHS Office - Rockwell — Local services in Oklahoma City

I came in on a monday to see if i could get some day care assistance while i go through the snap training program. Was told by a worker that i would have to talk to the people at the SNAP training program to get started. I called the worker at the program and was told that DHS has to do it. Called the DHS office on Tuesday morning and was told by another worker that the worker i talked to on Monday gave me incorrect information and was referred to a different worker and was told it takes 48 hours to get a call back. HERE IT IS THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND I HAVEN’T HEARD ANYTHING!!! Called the office again today and was told the worker i talked to on monday put absolutely NO NOTES on my case about the talk we had on monday. This place only gets one star because I have to put one on there to write a review. My caseworker is about as useful as a small box full of rocks left on a dirt road in a small town. As soon as I got transferred to her (because they move people around after a while for some reason), my kids daycare was cut OFF. I have a job and very demanding schedule. After visiting the office on the east side and getting the "run around" we found out that it was not an issue with child support like we thought. This airhead just cut it off. Way to make an entrance with a new case. She cut it off again and said that she needed to see my tax return. I am so sick of her and I let her know.
