EZPAWN — Local services in Oklahoma City

First off, it took me 3 visits to the shop to get a price on a pistol I was interested in. Finally once the guy came up with a price he made me a bundle deal with a 2nd pistol I didn't even want. When it came time to pick them up I asked if I could just get one at a time because when you purchase 2 pistols at once it flaggs the ATF. The guy at the counter told me that I had to buy them at the same time because they went into layaway together.

I proceeded and bought the 2 pistols because I have a good background and never had any issues with buying a firearm EVER. He then told me, "we have the fastest and easiest system ever just type everything into this tablet and in no time it will have everything sent over".

So today I get a phone call from EZpawn from the same guy telling me that the ATF said that my address wasn't on the paperwork, well that's something that fancy tablet and the ATF should have picked up before they got the proceed to sell me the firearms.

I had to go back to the store just to write in my street name and I walk in with literally nobody in line, 3 employees just standing there looking at their phones talking about some food app they had, completely ignored me until this nice young man from the back came out and asked if I been helped.

Soon as they hear why I am there he sure hurried up and helped me. Not only will I not come back to shop there, I will highly recommend NOT purchasing firearms from this establishment if you care to keep your good standings with the ATF. He offered me "a good deal next time I want to purchase a firearm" but after this I do not care to do business with this...

Miss Christina was awesome! She went above and beyond when it comes to customer service! There was a major issue with one of the items that I had done there. Not a single employee could find the item. After two days of searching everyone gave up but miss Christina. She stayed in contact with me for over a week updating me each time we talk. In the end it was her investigative actions that ended up finding the extremely sentimental value item for me. I often request her every time I go in there because she has a great attitude always and truly demonstrates excellent customer service. I can truly say that I have not had one bad experience with her. Had it not been for her my item would have never been returned because everyone else had simply inform me that it was lost in the back or out on the floor and no other action was taken to find it. This is not the first time that she has went above excellent service to the customer. She takes the time to listen to everyone and it truly seems like she cares about each customer that walks through that door. She has a glow to her that seemed to draw customers in. This has to be the most rudest and unprofessional place in the world. I came yesterday February 4 to pawn my gold ring that I just pawn there 2 months ago. This comes up to asked really rudely what do you want. I told him I wanted to pawn my ring. He said he needed to test i5 so I said sure. Then he comes back saying it's plated I tried to explain to him I pawn it there 2 months ago but he kept talking over me and his manager comes over shouting I'm not interested.
