UPDATE: Homewetbar reached out to me and assured me they have provided additional training to their staff to better handle situations like the one described below, and they refunded me the shipping charges on the original order. What great customer service! As mentioned below, the product was already great so I've updated to 5 stars and will recommend this company to friends and family.
OLD: I ordered a set of custom whiskey glasses and the glasses, selection and shipping speed were all five star worthy. The price seemed a bit high but there isn't much I can do about that. The results of the shipping was a complete nightmare. They provided a UPS tracking number, which estimated a delivery on a Wednesday. I re-checked the tracking number all weekend and on Monday, it still said Wednesday delivery. Come Wednesday morning I re-checked the tracking number and low and behold it said it was delivered on Tuesday by USPS, not UPS. I was home all day working five feet from my front door (where all deliveries are made) and no delivery was made on Tuesday. I contacted HomeWetBar and they suggested I contact UPS which was error number one. HomeWetBar should contact UPS because they chose the delivery service, not me, and they screwed up the delivery, not me. Looking for a faster resolution I decided to reach out to UPS anyways, and I informed HomeWetBar that they should be the ones contacting them. 20 minutes later UPS was only able to tell me that USPS delivered the package and I should contact USPS. 16 calls later to USPS I determined it was a lost cause as no one would pick up. I informed HomeWetBar that if they were not willing to ship a replacement that I would simply dispute my charge with my credit card company and take my business elsewhere. They then informed me that they would ship a replacement right away, so kudos to them for changing their direction. Several hours later I get a knock on the door and boom, my USPS mailman was standing there with the original order.

From when I first ordered, Thursday, November 21, until I finally received BEER STEIN SKU#7510 I had issues. First being that when you order Beer Stein SKU#7510 it does not allow you to also order the Black Luxury Box which is an additional cost but if you order BEER STEIN SKU#7509 which is physically identical only with a different choice of monograms you can order the Black Luxury Box. I called to see if they could add the box to my order and after being told weâll see what we can do and after 20 minutes waiting on hold I was told no. I told the person I was willing to pay for the box, I didnât expect it for free, still no. I paid for the upgraded shipping(3-4 business days) as this was a gift for my son on Sunday, December 1. I figured Iâd have it on Wednesday the 27th or Friday the 29. I was notified on Sunday, November 24 that it was on its way only to find out that the shipping label was created that day, not sent out. So actual ship date was Monday, November 25. I never received this item until Monday, December 2, too late for the party. When I called the company the person I spoke with insisted I paid for cheapest rate even though I paid $2.43 more and said Monday wouldâve been the 4th day anyway because Thursday November 28 was Thanksgiving. According to the tracking this item sat in an Oklahoma postal facility for 2 full days before it moved on. My shipping label says THU 11/21/2024 Ground Shipping. Evidently, this company sent this item with Standard Shipping even though I paid for upgraded shipping. So I donât know where the additional $2.43 I was charged went to. The shipping and the extra protective charge I paid was nearly half of what the Beer Stein cost. The quality of the âengravingâ on the Beer Stein is poor, looks more like laser etching, very faint.    Read moreWhen placing my order for a Christmas gift, the website advertised "purchase 1 day shipping and your gift will arrive by December 25". Mind you, the express shipping is extremely expensive. I selected 2 day shipping in order to have it by the 26th, and had to download an external app just to track the package. By the 26th, my one item had still not been processed and the status of my package was "order placed" even though I placed the order several days prior. I contacted customer service to complain and asked for a refund. They were unwilling to refund because "It is now one of our thousands of orders already submitted to the warehouse and would be impossible to find". I then asked to at least be refunded the difference in standard shipping (which I was obviously receiving) and the 2 day express shipping that I paid so much for. I was also denied that refund as "shipping is expected to be delayed over the holidays and we do not operate on weekends" so I did not receive this gift until December 30th, almost 10 days after placing my order. The website advertised falsely, the customer service was not helpful in the slightest and I received a damaged, seemingly opened box. The gift is not damaged thankfully, but it was very late and althought the first appearance looks great, the quality is much more flimsy than I thought it would be.
