7-Eleven — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I got a refill I got up to the counter. Tell her good morning. She rolled her eyes at me and then didn't even tell me how much my total was or even freaking offer me a receipt or nothing just a huff like me just coming in to buy something was disturbing her and she had Way better things to do then ring up my coffee refill not to mention, I had to walk through a bunch of trash just to get into the store. Oh where those tables are outside. There was trash everywhere normally. I love the 7-Eleven. There's a guy that works in the morning. That's always amazing and when he's there outside is immaculate. I don't know who this chick is but she was very rude and doesn't even clean up the picnic area right outside the door

Update so decided to try this again today at least the parking lot was clean but the cashier is still rude. Still didn't really acknowledge me today. Paid in cash instead of using my card. And she didn't even look up at me. I sat there waited waited waited for her to take my money. She was sitting there waiting for me to take my card and if she would have looked at me she would have seen I had money in my hand. I was trying to hand her then she didn't give me a receipt. Didn't even offer one gave me the wrong change back so I was shortchanged and still can't be bothered to do her actual job. How hard is it to look up at your customer and say hello? This is the second time I've dealt with her and I will never step foot in another 7-Eleven again. I'll start getting my gas and my coffee from Casey's. At least there's staff is friendly and doesn't act like they have a billion. Other better things to do than help you. I mean you can't even greet your customer or look up at your customer. Give your customer the receipt or the right change. Then why the hell are you a cashier? Obviously this isn't the career for this lady and I know you're going to tell me. Oh well. Give us a review at this length. Well this link requires a store number and all that info that I don't have because I can't seem to even get a receipt from your staff that even gives me that info. I don't know the store number. I'm not an employee but I'm a very peeved...

This was absolutely the worst service I have had in my entire life. The lady working at Laredo Taco was beyond rude. She even made the comment "some people think i'm rude but I don't care i've been in customer service for years" She was supposed to be training someone but was not helping him at all. She rolled her eyes several times when we were asking questions and she would not let us tell her what food we wanted to order she kept interrupting us. For two people to eat was 18.00$. I will never in my lifetime go back to that place unless that woman is gone. I felt so bad for the gentleman she was training because it was so busy and she just kept walking off and leaving him. There was a line of people waiting to order why she was being rude to me and my friend. I paid extra for cheese and sour cream and she got mad because i asked for it when they forgot to put it on my plate. Then when I got to work and looked at my food it was all upside down. We stood in line at the capital city place to get a burger instead she watched us stand there and kept makeing other people's food. She did not try and take our order then I asked if we pay at the front or if we pay her she told us to pay at the front. Then we stood in the front waiting just to be told to go back to her and pay. They wanted us to wait some more so probably not a good place to pick to shop. Also when we ask for a manager they didn't have a manager on duty.
