L'Atelier — Local services in Oklahoma City

We have been to see Santa Dan for almost 10 years now and started at North Pole City, after Covid I guess is why they moved to this photography company. We’ve seen him here for the last several years and we have a large group, 9 in total (siblings and cousins) this is a family tradition we have. We’ve always been very pleased in the past but this year was different. We paid $100 for the entire gallery of pics and time with Santa. This year none of the kids were even asked what they wanted for Christmas by Santa because apparently $100 only buys you a 4 min time slot. I was told in order to get the pics we didn’t have time for Santa to really talk to the kids because there were so many of them. My little ones were disappointed and I was heartbroken for them. We love Santa Dan and I just feel this year was a major disappointment. Just know if you want your children to actually be able to talk to him you should book multiple appointments which is almost impossible too. Apparently if we had spent $400 our kids would’ve been asked what they wanted for Christmas. I have 6 year old twins and an 8 year old that really wanted to talk to him but didn’t get the chance. My 13 year old didn’t mind but he could’ve at least talked to the littles. 😢 Normally I’m not one to write a bad review but I was just so disappointed...

We have been going to L'Atelier since 2020 and have never had a bad experience! The photos are always amazing and spot on. Somehow Kelly always captures the perfect moment and smile, even when my daughter has shown up in a terrible mood. The sets and backdrops are always beautiful. My photo galleries are delivered very quickly (typically less than a week) and are easy to view and save. I also appreciate the customer loyalty discounts and early booking opportunities that are offered. We drive almost an hour one way to the studio but it’s totally worth the drive. We have done Santa pictures with Santa Dan here for the last 2 years. It has been well worth the price for the session! The pictures turn out great but the time Santa Dan spends interacting with my kids is the best part. We’ve never felt rushed like we have at other locations. This year there was a technical problem with our gallery, I emailed them on a Saturday night, and got an immediate response and it was fixed. I wasn’t expecting a response until Monday since it was the weekend, their responsiveness and customer service is 5 star! We will definitely...
