Smaller store than other TSC, less inventory, most of the time you will need to go to another TSC. At least have a system to order and ship to store, but I try that and still no stock, can't backorder and wait to ship to store. No stock is no stock, make you travel to a store 30+mile away to get item. TSC don't intertranfer their inventory. So limited in everything. Since it is a smaller footprint, should run it like a large store and backorder so customer have an better experience, I rather wait a couple of days till it ship to store then travel on a rainy day 30 mile away to hope the item is still there for purchase, can't buy in one store and have them hold it. Blah.. process are all making customer jump through hoops. Most of the time anything that is on the sale in the flyer, it not at this store. Store staff is friendly, tried to help get the item, but can't, tried to order the item on the computer, the item was not able to added to cart /...

I am so impressed with the customer service provided by Miranda at the OLD BRIDGE/MONROE Tractor Supply! I placed an online order for Rabbit & Cat Food. Unfortunately, without my intending to or realization, the order for the cat food went to Old Bridge, Englishtown Rd and the Rabbit food to Rt 33, Monroe. Miranda went above and beyond to fix the issue! Upon delivering my cat food to my car, she helped determine the mix up. Went back into the store to get the Rabbit food, canceled the order at the Monroe store, rang up my rabbit food and delivered it to my car! She went out of her way to help me get my pet's needs met. She was very helpful, understanding and kind. This is what excellent customer service looks like, and we can all use this kind of thoughtful treatment right now! I’d give less than zero if I could. First off, the dog wash station is absolutely disgusting. It looks like someone ransacked the area. They say they offer “everything” yet all the soap bottles were empty and 3 towels left. There was nothing in the cabinet either. Second, there are two stations, the other one was empty and there were people standing outside the area complaining. A guy came in and told me that I couldn’t groom my dog. Lastly, I went to go pay the $10 so I could get out of there and I went to alert the girl at the register about my experience and she stated “well it’s the weekend it’s probably busy”. While I understand it’s the weekend and weekends are busy, the place is disgusting and girls attitude is uncalled for. It was my first time going and DEFINITELY my last.
