My family is very grateful to Rich, Jim, and Steve who went above and beyond to make our catering experience a success! We will continuously sing the praises of these three, the other staff, and this store! My wife had ordered some delicious WaWa food items (sandwiches, soups, chicken fingers) via Grubhub. Grubhub canceled her order and when she called to find the reason she was told that one of the food items was not available and that she would have to call WaWa to find out which. When she called, Rich, the store Manager, reviewed her order and made suggestions for alternatives. He then assured her that if another order was placed, he and his staff could prepare it in time for dinner delivery (the food was to go to a nearby long-term care facility). My wife placed yet another order that was canceled by Grubhub. It was Rich, the Manager, who checked in with her when he did not get the order when expected. His diligence saved dinner for some very deserving people! Jim (who actually does not typically work in the prepared food items area, but when he found out about Grubhub's blunders, he stepped in) made sure that the recipients had delicious salads and Steve prepared many other items at warp speed! We cannot thank Rich, Jim, and Steve enough. The food was prepared in record time and was enjoyed by the recipients. We are now returning customers! ...
   Read moreThis is absolutely the worst wawa I've ever been to. I am a frequent wawa customer and before today a loyal one. After my experience at this wawa I will never shop here again. I place an order for a hot breaded chicken sandwich after which I was given a ticket to pay. I then went to the cash register to pay for my meal. After, I received my sandwich and went to my car to start to head home. Before I could start my car a gentleman came running out screaming that I did not pay for my meal. I was shocked upon hearing this so I asked if he was serious and if he had checked with the cashier before harassing me at my car window. He then responded yes he did and that the young lady said I did not pay even though she clearly saw me pay. After showing him the paid receipt he finally backed off. I then reported this to the manager because the cashier seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. The manager assured me that this would be recified but I never received a formal apology....
   Read moreThis place is so busy. The line is crazy long and they finally got more then one person on register but that was only after people had to wait more then 10 mins. But the worst part is how nasty the bathroom is. It looks like they are very under staffed (witch I dont think is the case) or they just dont care and while it's so busy they cant think for themselves. I'm not from the area my husband has job sites he has been working on in this area and so I had to go get things to eat for us and use the bathroom but after seeing that they dont clean an important area that we can see why would I believe they are cleaning an even more important area we cant see. This is not the first time I've been unhappy with a wawa and because my husband travels all over new Jersey for work and I go with him I go to a lot of wawa's and I'm disappointed more times then I'm not and when I'm not it's not because I'm happy it's just not as bad as...
