They took such good care of my dog. He’s a Shih Tzu and was behind on his grooming because he’d been sick. My regular groomer was unable to work him in and Tori had a cancellation. She made him look so handsome and even took a holiday photo of him. Unfortunately my sweet baby passed a few days later, he was 13. Thanks to Tori and her staff I have a beautiful photo of him. I also have the comfort of knowing that at his passing he was clean and tidy for his rainbow crossing that was completely unexpected to me.
