Subway — Restaurant in Old Fort

The manager guy there smelled like weed, got short with the long haired guy for just doing his job properly There was another lady in there who clearly doesn't want to be there or simply doesn't want the company to make any money at all. Huffing and puffing, rushing me and the little older lady behind me. Made a comment about why are people coming in when they see a line as if we couldn't hear her. And didn't wash her hands once between cashing people out and starting another sandwich. Avoid this store at all costs, it seemed to be turning around when the kid with the holes in his ears was there but they said he was not there anymore. I guess I'll be going to marion every week to avoid that tragedy of a vipers pit, hopefully Subway does something about this or just shut that place down so I stop getting...

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews and I know people have bad days but I stopped here for lunch on 04/01/24 and they only had 2 employees, not sure if either was a manager because I haven’t seen either of them working there before, but anyway the lady working was very rude and unprofessional, she would huff and puff very loudly and dramatically and when people would come in to order she said out loud “I don’t know why people still come in when there’s a line” sorry but you literally work in the food industry and it’s your job, that pays your bills, to make food for people. There aren’t many restaurants in our small town to choose from. I just think if you are going to work a job in the food industry you should know it’s common sense that people will...

Stopped in to get a sandwich today and how awful!! The pan that sandwiches are placed on to toast had numerous pieces of burned food and when I asked the young man to remove them before toasting my sandwich he remarked that it wouldn't bother my sandwich. I explained that it bothered me. He then scraped the burned food off onto the floor. As I moved down the line he started on the next sandwich and as he leaned over to get the meat and cheese his shirt was scrapping the bread. The counter was covered with food particles, bread crumbs and other unidentified items. Altogether an unpleasant experience and not one that makes me wish to return except to speak with the manager to make her aware of this...
