So the old black male that identified himself as Leroy was very sassy and unprofessional with me today. While waiting in their long line I had a couple of phone calls come through, one which was telling me to get from out of this sorry mom and pop store.

My friend was with me and she was trying to handle the transaction as I ended the call. Mr Leroy decided that he needed to lecture me about how to conduct business and how he had a business degree. I apologized and told him that people will not stop calling it, so I had to answer it. He went on so long that I had to remind him that their is some stuff that has to be tolerated from customers from time to time, and that as long as a customer is not irate, belligerent, or belittling, and that it can be managed. He proceeded to tell me that he didnt have to, and continued his lecture.

Before making it out of the establishment I decided to return the product. He told me that he could not. I then asked for the business license number so that I could make a complaint with the city after he told me that he was the business owner. Leroy lied and said the license was outside. My friend began to look around the establishment and found that the license was not in plain sight, as they all have to be.

I will never spend money in this whole in a wall again. They acted as though they are the only liquor store in the area.

YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY LIQUOR STORE IN NORTH COUNTY, LET ALONE THE AREA.

If you live close, stop by and find out why I dont shop anywhere else on the way home.
