I normally go to the other one on 67. But I accidentally called in an order here tonight. I’m pregnant so I’m not that into meat . So I just get the veggie kabob extra veggies . I called in this order & the girl was shocked I only wanted veggies lol . Anyways they text me when my order was ready. Loved that & I thought it was going to be more money for some reason . Paid $10. Food was fresh & good . Young lady at the window must have been ready to go . She didn’t greet me or respond when I told her to have a nice night she just walked off. Never the less. I will be back. The food was great and they actually gave me extra veggies ! They also gave me a card for 15% off my next online order !

Been there two more times after this review and I actually was dissatisfied with my food . BOTH TIMES! . Today my rice is white ! Why do I have white rice and my food is unseasoned ! You can reference the picture below. The kabob rice is normally yellow or have a yellow tint . I will upload a picture . I will be dropping my food down to a 2 and bring the service up because the 2nd time I ordered the rice was hard and old and I did get my extra veggies I paid for. I thought y’all were good. Read moreI placed an pickup order by phone she answered and spoke very fast and called me baby multiple times after giving my phone number and giving her my name, the order was still under a different name when my husband picked up the food, I ordered party wings, lemon pepper flavor with fries she never ask for a flavor. I had to slow her down and tell her what flavor to do the wings upon receiving the order the party wings were not consumable. Some of them were as small as or smaller than my pinky finger and cooked completely through. There was no meat in the wings when the order was being picked up and my husband walked in they were at the counter, just chilling, with their hands under their chins conversation , after calling back to get a refund, there was never an apology or never an offer for compensation. She immediately argued and say bring the food back. I told her I would, and to replace it with a loaded baked potato, never an apology for the inconvenience and I was asked to pay the difference , our communities will never get better if we do not put these restaurants out here for the horrible service! And by the way, there is no air conditioner in the lobby area. You are better off waiting...
Read moreI ordered food for my family tonight I asked for no Lemon Pepper on any of my order I spent over fifty dollars for my family's food and we get it home and our 20 -25 piece wing and our okra had the lemon Pepper on it...we called the restaurant to let them know of their mistake. The young lady explained that she couldn't do anything unless we bought our food back to the restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager...he would not talk to me, he was busy in the kitchen cooking. He admitted he made the mistake with our order but instead of stepping up to the plate ...he insisted that I drive back 7 to 10 miles and return my order to get a replacement. This is terrible customer service 😑 they said this is their policy to stop people from receiving free food 🙄 I am not a thief...we spend our hard earned money for the food and they are going to lose a $50 to 60 dollar paying customer a week, because of the owners policy. Even when the Manager said he made the mistake....where is the customer service?
