I completely understand that each person's experience is their own so for those of u who were not pleased, I sympathize and I hope u find what ur looking for. Me however...glorrrrrray it was tasty. I googled restaurants near me because I'm hungry fat and tieyed. It is what it is 🤷a woman taking accountability 😊. I read the reviews first and was side eyeing my phone like why so many negative reviews out the gate but they have 4 stars🤔 the math wasn't mathin. But after some debating amongst my twins( I'm a Gemini), the twin that said y'all be lying sometimes won. So I ordered online off their extensive menu, the PuPu Platter, 2 orders of chicken fried rice, a shrimp egg foo young with special fried rice plate and don't be judging me ma'am's and Sir's I have 2 twenty something's that I still feed since their return policy s have expired. I digress. Anywho. The food $33 with tax and delivery arrived expeditiously. My grown people and I sampled the PuPu Platter together 😂😁😁😁 Pu Pu🤣😁😁😁. Everything was delicious I wouldn't lie to u, not that I owe u my truth anyway ijs. The ones keeping me from walking around the house in my drawls said their chicken fried rice was fiya🙄😔 they erk. However my shrimp egg foo young....bay bayyyyy it was shrimping! Every spoonful. (Yes I use a real metal spoon I'm not finna play with y'all dropping food missing my mouth but catching my shirt no thank ya) where was I at? Oh the shrimp egg foo young with the special fried rice was giving " u not gone forget about me are u? Me: I could neva😋 The gravy was as thick as me but we know somebody like it. I ate until I heard new stretch marks being created so I put the lid on and, ok so I forgot to tell y'all their plates are in Tupperware and since this bad boy about to be reused 50 million times "technically " the food was free. Now stop distracting me so I can conclude this review. All in all everything from the menu, prices, delivery and taste were all worth this experience. On January 1, we ordered from here. (The other places I would normally order from showed "CLOSED" - I drove by one place, when going to pick up my order, and they were actually open). We thought we would give them a try, their food had fairly good reviews. Although they seemed to fall short on customer service. This is pretty accurate. We ordered Orange Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken, all with rice and egg rolls, crab rangoon, and steamed dumplings. The food was fair. I did like the orange chicken crab rangoon. The rice was a bit dry. And I wasn't really impressed by their dumplings. I don't know what the wraps are called, they are much thicker than other restaurants, and personally didn't care for them. The challenge was the sweet and sour chicken. It was definitely sweet, but had no sour. As if an ingredient had unintentionally been omitted. When I called and suggested they give the sweet and sour sauce a taste check. I was told, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. There was definitely something wrong. I've ordered from this place several times and each time I'm never 'Wowed' or ever really satisfied. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because their online ordering is easy, they're quick for delivery, my order has always been accurate and the delivery guy has always been pleasant. Outside of that, their food is probably closer to about 2 or 3 stars. I've ordered their Steamed Dumplings almost every time I've ordered because they seem to be the most decent thing on the menu. The dumplings themselves have a good chew, they're a good size but the filling could use more ginger/flavor because the dipping sauce is what makes this dish. I've also ordered fried rice (greasy), Singapore Chow Mei Fun Noodles and Duck & Noodles. All of these items literally tasted like hot water and I have to use condiments to make the food taste like anything.
