So far so good. We live in Clinton and have purchased appliances from pattersons in the past. We bought a Maytag from pattersons 2.5 years ago and it failed! Replacement of the computer board was going to be $500! Pretty much the cost of a new Maytag! I asked our repairman (pinpoint appliance repair) what is the best and what he never has to deal with and he said Speed Queen! I asked if anyone in our area has them in stock ready to go same day. I recently purchased a Speed queen washer and dryer from Harvey’s back in October. 3 months later my washer isn’t working. It won’t finish a cycle and will stop with a full tub of water. I contacted them and was told that they emailed the repair guy and he should be contacting me, he hasn’t. I reached out again and same story. It’s now been over a week and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone. I went to Harvey’s because I wanted to support a small business but now I’m regretting that decision.
