I started going to Reflections this year after a bad experience with my previous stylist. My first appointment was for a shampoo/cut/style. My next appt was for a color/cut/style. I have had my hair colored brunette with blonde highlights for the last 10 years. Knowing that Morgan & I needed to get used to each other and how I like my hair colored, I was not bothered when the highlights did not turn out the way I like them. We made a follow-up appt and Morgan re-did my highlights at no charge and I was very happy with her work! :) Unfortunately, I discovered that Morgan did not take notes on how she did the highlights in my hair. So the second time I had my hair colored, we had the same problem (highlights too dark). I made a follow-up appointment to have the highlights re-done and she added so many highlights to my hair that it appeared blonde with some areas looking white! And she charged me for that! I tried to calmly describe what I had expected (that she fix my hair the way she had done the fix the first time) and she explained that she's done hundreds of colors since then and cannot remember what she did. On top of that, she said that she did not understand what I wanted (brunette with blonde hightlights). I calmly asked her to add some lowlights but her next client/appt came in so she did not have time. I scheduled another appt to have the lowlights added. After leaving, I decided to go somewhere else rather than having to pay someone who did not understand what I want to fix the problem she caused. When I went to the new stylist, I discovered that Morgan had never colored the hair in the back of my head so I had gray hairs showing! I DO NOT...

Had 2 appointments today, one for me and one for my friend. Showed up 15 minutes before our appointment(10:45am) but the salon was closed. Figured it was since we were early(appointment at 11am).
