BEYOND HORRIBLE! Only worried about her profits and referrals! Don't believe me? Take a look around the office at all the "referral bonus" signs! Long story short, took my 16y/o dog in on Thursday 5/10/18 after an apparent stroke. She (Dr. Kopel) couldn't help other than to state several times that symptoms could also be a sign of "abuse" (B!tch - I babied this dog for the last few years to get it this far! Feeding it rice baby cereal with a dropper even!). Then she gives me 3 weeks worth of a medicine claiming it's because "it's so cheap anyway" ($30). Then REPEATEDLY says she will call me on Monday 5/14/18 - no call came and I had to have my dog euthanized on Tuesday 5/15/18. She FINALLY calls on Friday 5/18/18 and when I told her "the dog died - thanks for calling Monday" all she can do is say "I thought you were going to call me...." no condolences or anything. I am grieving and heartsick, and so thoroughly disappointed in Dr. Koppel. I had family members tell me that she will not see patients after hours for emergencies and will not even squeeze you in during business hours. I did not believe them until I had my own heart-rending experience. Our family dog, my fur sister, had a stroke on Friday. I called an hour and 20 minutes before closing, before the Dr. had even left for the day, and she refused to euthanize my dear pet. We were only a few minutes away and it is a quick process. My girl had to endure an extra 35 minute drive to Willmar, where she was examined and put to rest, all still before 5pm. I am angry at myself for allowing her to treat my animals for the last 3 years; it is a mistake I will not be repeating. She is acceptable for giving shots and putting animals on scales, but if you want a true vet, someone that will be there for your beloved animals when it actually counts, then I highly recommend that you...

Took 2 dogs in today at the same time for an exam and shots. This was my first time using this vet. We had a WONDERFUL experience!! Bobbi and her staff are amazing!! Bobbi really has a way with animals and it’s very clear that she is doing what she does because of her love of animals. Even my older dog reacted very well and my older dog doesn’t usually like going to the vet very much. The office is clean and cozy and conveniently located across the road from the DQ where we got the dogs pup cups after they did so well at their appointment today. The prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business for all of your pet care needs, and I am quite picky about who I bring my animals to. My family is very happy to know that we have a wonderful vet in the area where we can take our pups for any care they may need.
