Keeps gettting deleted

I would go here to get my nails for years off and on and after the last few visits I realize why. The one nail tech has a serious disgusting attitude towards me and it’s for no good reason other than she’s unprofessional and biased. I am treated as my business isn’t valued and I’m very respectful to them as I been disrespected and yelled at by shyann I believe her name is. Between her and des usually does my nails and I’m always contacted to come in earlier than my appointments I make weeks ago from my last service. I don’t know why I am always the designated person to call to adjust their schedule when I’m busy and have a small child in school. They know this because I bring her in. So on the day of my appt (not a day before) I am contacted asked to come early during her school hours and I express I cannot and they ask when can I come in soonest, basically leaving me no option to keep my appt time. Being the nice person I am I say I can try for 2:15 even though my kid gets out at 2:30 and my appt was at 3pm. This was around Nov 2020. So I come in 2:45 to get my nails done and this girl is steaming and not talking to me and quiet with tension like tf? So I’m asking her if I can get jewels b/c appt was for f/s nails and nail art. She says no because I was late. (I was not late and she gave me a fill not f/s) I was early for my original appt and I expressed that to her and she yells that I was late and that I wasn’t down for nail art which is complete lies. Now I didn’t act out because she was already pretty much done with my nails and I was disgusted and my kid wasn’t paying attention but everyone else was including other client like so rude. I was not late. The owner noticed and she checked me out. I told her and she told me next time I’m contacted to just say no to coming in earlier you don’t have to do that and keep your appt and from her empathy made me want to continue making another appt just not with shianne. I come back for my appt December 2020 and I’m waiting for other client cutting into my time. So my business is not appreciated. I show up earlier for my appt and I am disrespected by tech(shianne). I come in waiting for other clients to finish for these other techs. This happens literally a lot. And the way they try to brand me as this client who’s always late like no. They do nails really well but level of professionalism isn’t there atleast for me. I wasn’t treated with respect and it would of been better to refuse my business than to be disrespected and not giving services I ask for prior to my appt. I’m officially over this place and I love doing my nails but I’m not never...

This place is a waste of time and money. I made an appointment months in advance and put a down payment on just for them to never tell me that the appointment was never put in the system. They said it was a miscommunication on their part and refused to accommodate me even though it was not my fault. I showed up and waited over an hour and they refused to do my nails. I work multiple jobs and moved my schedule around just for them to do my nails which never got done. I am leaving for vacation in two days and now have to deal with this. Completely ruined my day and made me want to cancel my vacation all together. They were beyond rude and can’t communicate with each other. They’re also most likely running their business under the table because they do not accept credit cards and are trying to hide from paying taxes. It's ridiculously hard to get an appointment here so I was glad to get on their schedule in time for an event. Be prepared to pay a deposit fee to hold your appointment - venmo or cash were the options given to me. The deposit goes towards your payment for services but if you no-show you lose it. Makes perfect sense to me! Bottom line - they do fabulous work! Well worth their price and the hoops you jump through to get...
