Horrible service. Here for wing night food came out quickly but after food was dropped off didn’t see our waitress again. Didn’t get the ranch or the extra ranch that was requested when order but was charged for 5 ranches. Waitress brought back one requested ranch and a sour cream by mistake but never came back so couldn’t even ranch we paid for. Waitress also took my husbands beer when dropping off food to “refill” it but never came back so he had to eat his whole meal with no drink. Not the first issue we have had with this bartender/server. Will not be returning. We were pretty busy when you guys arrived, we had approximately 30 to 35 people inside the bar when you sat down at one of the 2 tables still open. SINCE THATS HOW THIS REVIEW RESPONSE WENT LET ME CLAIRFY THESE EVENTS 7:07pm Time of arrival 7:08pm Server makes 1st point of contact 7:09pm 3rd person shows up to your table(SWIPS OUR CARD TO START A “TAB” EVEN THOUGH WE ARE NOT AT THE BAR. PROBABLY BECAUSE THE LAST TIME WE WERE THERE THEY GAVE US THE WRONG TAB ABD CHASED US OUT THE DOOR TO CORRECT IT.AND IM SURE THIS ISN'T THE ONLY TIME THIS HAPPENED.) 7:12pm Server Returns with drinks and menu's 7:16pm Server comes back and takes food order: FOOD ORDERED: FRIED PICKLE CHIPS 1/2 POUND OF BONELESS BITES WITH JUST RANCH(1) 12 TRADITIONAL WINGS WITH EXTRA RANCH(2) 15 TRADITIONAL WINGS WITH EXTRA RANCH(2) TOTAL RANCHES ORDERED (5) *7:28pm Server checks in after cleaning off 2 tables next to you. *7:29pm Server returns with 2 more drinks *7:30pm Server Brings Water because yours was almost empty *7:34pm Server Checks in(RESTOCKING TABLE WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE AT THE TABLE) *7:36pm Server brings half the food out (PICKLE CHIPS WITH RANCH THAT COMES WITH IT SHOULDN'T BE EXTRA SINCE IT DIDN'T NEED TO BE REQUESTED AND BONELESS BITES WITH REQUESTED RANCH(1)) *7:37pm Server brings rest of food and checks in 2 ORDERS OF WINGS WERE DROPPED OFF WITH NO RANCH *7:38pm Brings 1RANCH AND 1 SOUR CREAM BUT NOT THE EXTRA RANCH THAT WAS REQUESTED (1) IF YOU LOOK ON YOUR CAMERA THAT IS WHY IT WAS LEFT OUT AT THE END OF THE TABLE FOR THE WHOLE MEAL. *7:47pm a group of 10 more ppl come in and fill the last of the bar stools(NOT AN EXCUSE FOR NOT EVEN WALKING BY OUR TABLE 1 TIME. SERVER SPENT MORE TIME TALKING TO A LADY AT THE END OF THE BAR THEN SERVING CUSTOMERS. *7:54pm Table is now done eating (AGAIN SERVER TOOK MY HUSBANDS EMPTY GLASS AND NEVER RETURNED WITH ANOTHER DRINK FOR THE WHOLE DURATION OF THE MEAL) *8:06pm DIFFERENT SERVER CAME BY TO GRAB DISHES AND WEEEEEEE ASKED HER FOR ADDITIONAL RANCH (1) SO ONE OF OUR PARTY COULD FINISH HIS MEAL. The red, white and blue wings are so good and the funnel cake fries are one of my favorites! Servers are always friendly and on top of your order. Always some great entertainment! Dance Hall Devils brought so much energy and really rocked the place! They had everyone singing along! Kar Tunes, Hair TV, The Wannabes, and so many other great bands have played there. DJ’s Nino Blanco and Pat Moore can make it fun, and get you up dancing! And they even have Line Dancing lessons on most Tuesday nights with Darlene Thomas for that country mood! The pool hall upstairs is a hidden gem if you want to get away and just shoot a few games. The patio is partially covered and great if you’re not in the mood for entertainment. Such a great place! The service was fine. Atmosphere was fine. Food is fine. It’s the fact that I placed an order well before 7:30. We didn’t receive our food until the kitchen shows closed on the app I ordered on. As someone who’s a daughter of a man, who worked in the restaurant service for 20+ years! Loaded fries & wings take no more than a half hour tops. So the fact that my food took almost over an hour to come out, people showing up after I arrived, ordering food & getting their food before I do is absolutely absurd. I will absolutely never give my service, time, nor money to this establishment again. The fact that cooks decided to base which food order would take longer, whether it was favouritism or not… y’all as a business establishment should reevaluate who you have as chefs & probably hire new ones....
