United States Postal Service — Local services in Olyphant

My package got lost somewhere in the chain of usps system. So, the tracking information never got updated. My case was sent down to the local usps Olyphant for an investigation. However, Olyphant usps never investigated on the case and kept telling me that the tracking information showed it was in transit. Of course I checked the status so I knew that already but It had been nearly two months that the status had not been updated. Therefore I asked an investigation. The Olyphant usps agent only checked the online tracking info (just I did) but has never tried to investigate. Anybody can check tracking info. Simply telling me the tracking info on the screen is not an investigation. The tracking info has not been updated for over two months and usps is not telling me what happened to my package. Would be nice to have direct phone number for post office instead of automated service.... I have lived at the same address for 3 years, they deliver my mail in the wrong box, even after I complained to the office and same postal man I’ve had for 3 years!!!! Now when i need packages, even if i pay next day shipping. I can never receive them. They leave it at someone else’s house or send it back. I have tried to call , no answer. When i go in no one seems to want to help me. Its sad . But now something worth hundreds has been forwarded to someone else’s house because they couldn’t find mine lol. Wow .
