This store sends stuffs to South America. When we went to find out the prices a guy said, 20x20 box costs $150 to send and I can fill it up with as much stuff as I want. We purchased a box from him for $10 since you cannot bring your own box with things. Anyways, we bought the box from him. Brought the box back on Friday because he said we need to drop it off before Saturday. When he got the box he charged us another $10 so instead of $150 like he said he charged us$160 and plus insurance. Such a liar!!!! We paid with no arguments, since we really want the box to get to a place safely. But after dropping the box to his shop,that man called again and asked for $20 more!!!!! I was very pissed he is a cheater!!!! When I asked him why do we need to pay $20 more he said oh, bc I gave you a bigger box and it’s only $20 more.... only???? I’m very disappointed just the way he runs the business not honest at all. Very rude man!!! I told him you gave us the wrong box it’s not our fault and his respond was if you want it pay $20 more if not come pick up the box!!!! Totally terrible costumer service!!!!How easy for him to say come pick up your box. We organized and taped all the things nicely, and he rudely said come and pick it I will give your money back!!!! I never ever recommend this shop to anyone!!!! If you don’t want to be cheated stay away from this type...
