Reefer Van OTR for Shipping : My carrier notes said to call ahead of time so I did. Called when I was 15 minutes out. Drove in and parked next to some cattle trailer unloading cows, that was an interesting process to watch, especially when the cows don't want to move. It's almost like they knew what my reefer trailer was for. Got a call about 10 minutes into watching that, they told me what building to go, it was tight, so I ended up turning around in another yard and approached the building from the other side for a more straight dock. Once bumped I was loaded in about an hour and on my way with bills in hand. There is just a ton going on back here and one wrong turn and you will get stuck. Be sure to pull up the GPS on Sat View and plan your approach accordingly. Another obvious for truck drivers is not to drive down the roads that say no trucks. Stay contained to the receiver/shipper. Also if you are here and for some reason not a "meat" person you may barf. I for one don't care but if you're a vegan or something of the like you'll be disturbed by the amount of beef parts being chucked around into trailers out in the open. Didn't bother me but might...

Called & got checked in when I was a half hour away and by the time I was getting off the exit ramp, they were calling me with an available door. Backed in, got loaded and was gone within 45 minutes. Very friendly on the phone during check-in and also while doing paperwork. The ONLY reason it’s not 5 stars is because they must’ve fired everyone in maintenance to be able to afford the nice people in the shipping office. The lot is a mess with pallet debris and other garbage that if given a day, could be easily cleaned up if they cared enough to do it. Like the other reviewer said, “Tires ain’t cheap!” clean...

This place went from 5 stars to 0 stars in one phone call. Was given a door before I got here which was cool and was loaded in 30 minutes, even cooler! Then came the phone call… they charged a $285 lumper fee to load me, saying it’s a pallet fee. I’ve never in my life been charged to get loaded, and they wait until after they load you to tell you this. They will charge you to take the load back off if you refuse it. Sounds like a scam to me.
