I like that this store has a large selection of fast fashion particularly feminine clothing. The major red flag is that they really don't care to retain customers through effective customer service. Even if they sell defective products . I read other reviews mentioning their return policy and awful customer service so I was hesitant to visit this store again. I will give them credit for posting their 15 day return policy on merchandise on the receipts and in the store however that is the entirety of their policy as long as it is in the original condition and box. If you buy defective merchandise be prepared to be turned away without an exchange much less a refund. I had purchased some heels at a nice price and after wearing them for about 30 minutes I noticed that my right ankle was starting to hurt badly. I immediately took off in under and hour and saw a small cut on my ankle. The metal buckle on the straps must have been manufactured wrong as when I inspected it it was jagged on the inside of the buckle. I went to the store to t to exchange them with my receipt in hand the very next day. The cashier inspected them and told me she would need to call a manager which was no biggie. The manager inspected the heels for a lengthy amount of time and had another person also do the same. They told me that they could not refund or do an exchange because the shoes had been worn which is not stated anywhere. I explained that the shoe was defective (and of course they would have to be worn to notice that they will cut your ankle) and I even showed them the cut on my ankle. The manager really didn't care to apologize or make the situation right and told me that they look like they've been worn and that they wouldn't be able to send the shoes back to their supplier because they were defective. So because of this they couldn't give me an exchange. They really only care to look more after themselves than loose out on less than $30 which was about what I paid. Props to the cashier who was the only one to apologize and told me that she didn't want to get in trouble for making the return. I told her it was not her fault. They really do lose out because I would have easily have spent way more as this store as it has a lot of cute clothing. As much as I hate recommending chains your better off buying at Shoe carnival or famous footwear which carry alot of the similar brands and have will virtually honor all returns and exchanges on their shoes. they will also not call a manager to do a multiperson lengthy shoe examination before processing an...
Read moreA couple days ago , on my break at work a co worker mentioned to me about how the store had so many cute items and that I should check it out since I will be going on vacation soon. So upon arriving I was flattered how big the store was and how many cute things the store had. However , as looking at the shoes in the back a Asian man was following us and was watching us and it was very uncomfortable. I watched him since im a very observant person I notice what was going on. As a customer I felt very uncomfortable shopping and my feelings were hurt as I felt it was racially profiled . My husband and I are business owners and I don’t usually shop at these kind of stores usually but since it was a last minute thing I was thinking why not ! But as leaving and checking out another Asian guy followed me to my vehicle while he was smoking a cigarette. I was very disappointed and unpleased I was going to advise my husband to check out the store for some decent pricing beach wear for our trip but I don’t believe I’ll be spending any money there again .
