First time at this restaurant, placed order at 6:30pm and was told food would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 6:50pm and there were a dozen people lined up waiting in front of counter (no joke!) with one person taking orders, checking people out (very slowly) while answering every call with phones (two) ringing off the hook... Took another 20 minutes just to get to the cashier to be checked out and then was told food wasn't ready yet... Sat and waited another 20 minutes before finally getting my food and headed home. Currently waiting and siting at a table waiting patiently for my meal I have been eating here for forever with my family and today so far hasn't been one of the best experience I went to the bathroom and to my surprise there was a lady with blonde hair sweeping and she swept my feet and she left before I even saw her face I don't know about you but I do not like having my feet swept and later when I sat down she with another person and there started mopping I know it's almost time to close but I do NOT like the clorox smell when I am eating but that's just me don't get me wrong I love this place but this was one of worst...

I ordered two meals for myself and a client. I am positive I ordered a chicken dinner meal as I am allergic to seafood. I got home and opened my dinner embarrassed as to it looked like " Complete Mush! ", I called, if it was my mistake I am happy to pay for it, even if it l9oked like trash!!! The guy eas Np help!
