We came into the store to get a custom made ring. We spoke with Hunter and Garrett. Hunter got our vision and came up with a great design. Then things switched over to Garrett. Needless to say, we were given excuses for delays in getting our dream ring produced. Then we were told he has 22 years of experience and is unable to produce our ring!! We asked can we see what you have completed so far and were denied. We said ok let's revise our design and come up with some others he has in mind for us to look at. Today I asked if he would send us a picture of our revised design so that we could look it over and decide if we like it or if we want to go forward with other design. We were again denied getting to see a design for tomorrow's appointment. He therefore gave us a refund on a ring we never received or saw in the process. He therefore, also declined to follow through with our ring purchase period!!! WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SHOCKED AT THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NEVER HAVE WE EVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE EVER! IF WE COULD GIVE A ZERO WE WOULD!! GARRETT YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE WITH RESPECT!!!! SOMEONE ELSE WILL NOW GET OUR BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!! ALSO GET ADVERTISING!
You're wrong Garrett we told y'all we couldn't get the size I needed for the previous ring We tried to get due to unknowledgeable staff. None of them told us the same thing as I needed a special ordered one due to sizing. Y'all provide your cell numbers on your business card. We only messeaged with questions or ideas. We were told to message y'all or call anytime. We did not do that very often. You say what you would like to about me. By all means please blame me for your lack of good customer service. You would not even let us see the work you did on our ring. RED FLAG FOR US!!!. To solve this issue all you had to do was call or message us. We are quite flexible and easy to work. You can put your blame of poor customer service on me. I was always totally nice to you AND Hunter. You declined to finish work on our dream ring and you're supposedly a expert. We never asked for anything to be channel set. I thought it would be prong set. We were very flexible with the designing too. We said change the shape of stones on the halos problem solved. Not only did I quickly have my vision for a ring created before my eyes on the computer, he also was very transparent about how long it would take to create and what to expect.
Now, I have since received the ring. Garrett had the ring ready and completed prior to the expected time. He was knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. The ring looks better than I expected and he verified all details with me, as well as explained all future warranty requests if needed! I appreciate all of them, as they made the experience of finding that perfect ring enjoyable, but also trustworthy which was extremely important to me.

The level of customer service is unrivaled. There was a winter storm which caused a delay in the delivery of my ring, but Garrett went to bat for me and contacted the shipping company directly. By doing this, he was able to get my ring on time and have the stone set. This wouldn't have been a huge deal, but I live far enough away that I am grateful for his dedication to his promised ETA.
Garrett had a few diamonds for me to look at, and we looked very closely at all of the details of each one. He was not rushed, and gave me time with the diamonds, ensuring I made the best choice.
