Industrial Escape Rooms — Attraction in Omaha

My wife and I really enjoyed our Escape Room experience.

The owner was really kind. He fit us in without an appointment, talked candidly and answered questions about his business, let us finish when time was up, and even let us check out the other rooms before we left.

The room we did (the Blackbeard room) was really fun. Honestly, I wasn't really feeling in the mood to do it at all, but my wife made me, and within minutes I was having a blast. The puzzles were challenging, but I always felt like I had a plan, unlike in some other escape rooms I've done where I spent most of the time bumbling about. That said, the puzzles were hard but achievable - a good balance of smart and crafty without being deceptive.

I've already (this same day) made plans to return with some friends to try a new room, and it feels great to support a small business.

The location is a bit tricky to find, but trust your GPS and head near the church and you'll get there.

(We didn't actually finish the room, thus the sad faces in our picture. They recommend at least three people to finish the room we did. We told the owner up front that we only had and he said we could try it, but it'd be pretty tough to finish. Gotta love the honesty. That said, when the owner let us walk through the remaining steps of the puzzle, we were happy with how close we were.)

My friends and I tried Blackbeards Treasure, and we absolutely loved it. I've done many escape rooms in Omaha and Industrial Escape Rooms has to be one of my favorites. A hidden gem for sure. The owner is a sweet man who was joking around with us. The room was designed with such detail, we would find new things each look around the room while finding the clues. The puzzles had some thought to them, they werent simple which I enjoy a challenge, and the puzzles were set up to the room perfectly. Everything just came together perfectly, I am so excited to try the other rooms especially the newest room Moriartys Parlor. I will be back and I will spread the word about this escape room, everyone...

First time my family has ever done an escape room. We expected some dark gloomy death like experience. My claustrophobic mother in-law was pleased to find the doors are not locked and you can easily leave at your own will. We played Blackbeard's Treasure and it was a blast. I cannot begin to express how fun it was. We beat it with 4 minutes to spare and only 3 clues. Our 9 and 12 year olds had a blast helping and actually solved a few of the puzzles. There is a bit of sticker shock with the price but it is totally worth it. We will for sure be coming back to try the other rooms. Can't recommend this place enough.
