This place is better what I expected, let alone I was really anxious about leaving my jewelry here, but I do put all my trust inside of this place especially when it’s a family owned business that has been open for the past 30 years. I stopped in before the holidays to ask about the possibility of getting a custom gold pendant remade in platinum for my wife. I was curious about attempting to do it myself so I casually mentioned my interest and Martin just lit up. He was so eager to help and encourage me along the way. Generously loaned me tools and offered so much advice that with just a little bit of practice I was able to recreate my wife's personal heirloom beautifully. I encased hairs of a deceased loved one in resin along with some lavender. It was worn by her mother every day and the cheap bezel I bought on amazon tarnished and broke. We needed a new clasp. But the metal was such that we didn't know if it could be soldered, especially without tarnishing the resin or hair or flower buds inside. I gave them a test bezel/resin to toy with.
