It doesn't matter if you have a complaint. They act stupid and say " contact cricket management" . Gabby Hernandez changed my husband's phone number and caused me to lose my ACP. They are clueless and made our experience hell. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Regional manager NEVER called me back. 0 stars, they are just trying to sell and don't care about customers. I plan to pursue this to the highest authority of cricket. The attitude of Gabby and Janet was simply unexceptable and rude as I've ever been treated. Racist as well . Janet has helped me with oh so many things! She is so nice and so patient. If she doesn't know the answer she will find it for you. She does whatever it takes to make sure I'm taken care of!!!she's awesome and I love the way she has helped me and I don't see me using any other carrier from here on out!!

It was good they'll switch certain type of phones over to their plan they have many popsockets, phone cases, phones, plans, and they have good workers with nice affordable prices i love how i had a Walmart at&t phone and they switched it over at little cost, some prices are high but reasonable i think this is a very good place, the service is good but not the best, their store was clean and i do recommend others to check...
