101 Smoke Shop - Opelika - Fox Run Pkwy. — Local services in Opelika

I've been going to this location since they opened and always have been satisfied with the prices and product selection. But about a month ago I came in to buy some thc a flower(my usual purchase) But they didn't have any flower in stock. So I decide to get a thc a vape instead. I specifically told the woman working that I DID NOT WANT TO BUY ANY DELTA 8 PRODUCTS. Well she ended up selling me a delta 8 vape which I have no use for for 42$. Ok I let that one go because I shod have paid more attention before purchasing it. But then I stop in yesterday to get my usual 3.5 of flower and for some reason the price was almost a 20$ difference from what it cost a couple months ago. So I check the flower company's website just out of curiosity and they only charge half of what the 101 shop charges for it. So that means that they doubled the price for the exact same product and sell it for twice what the manufacturer sells it for on the website. I understand the business has to make money too..but 52$ for a prepackaged 8th of flower is just ridiculous. I won't be back until they drop there prices because that's just ridiculous....

Okay, let’s get this out of the way: I don’t smoke, and I don’t vape... so yes, this review is already suspicious. But hear me out: I'm a business coach, and sometimes you’ve got to walk into unfamiliar territory to really understand how different industries tick. It’s called research, people.

I popped into 1 and 1 Smoke & Vape not looking for clouds or coils, but hoping to chat with someone who could give me a little insight into the business side of things. The owner wasn’t in—but Reina was, and let me tell you, she absolutely nailed it.

Professional, polite, and genuinely engaging—she didn’t treat me like some random dude off the street asking weird questions about inventory and profit margins (even though that’s exactly what I was planning on doing but didn't really). If I were actually in the market for anything smoke or vape-related, her customer service alone would have me coming back.

So yeah... five stars from the guy who didn’t buy a thing but walked out impressed. If Reina’s the standard here, then 1 and 1 is doing...

My husband and I went to get him a glass for his tank cause it broke while he was at work today, so we get there they have no glass for his tank, we decided to just buy a new tank just so he could get back to vaping, so we choice the geek vaper the sticker price says 39.99 but we was charged 47.99 which came to 52.79 after taxes.. soon as we get home 10 mins from the store my husband puts juice in the tank waits 10 mins and try’s to pull on it and it started spitting back at him and gurgling. That’s when we realized it had a defect he waiting a few more mins and tried again, so he sat it down and it leaked all over the table. We grab the box it came in and the receipt took off back to the store the young lady working just sold it to us she even heard it gurgling and saw it would leak out. She called her manager and they would NOT RETURN NOR REPLACE. Knowing we just came though and have my receipt. THIS PLACE IS ONLY OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GIVE 2SHITS ABOUT BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER NOR HAVING...
