I asked for a asymmetrical cut and this was the result I got. I paid $25 and left the salon with wet frizzy hair. Apparently she charges extra to dry and style your hair after the service is done. I went home and noticed my butchered hair because I couldn't tell because I left with it wet. Went back the next day and this owner argued with me about a refund, saying over and over that she would have to get with her CPA "Randall" to get a refund. As a customer, I never should have been told anything like that other than an apology and happily giving me my money back.
