I'm a truck driver And I was recommended by a friend to stop at this place while I was in the area it did not disappoint. I've been all over this country and this is by far the best fried chicken I've ever had. It was hot fresh steaming and the red bean and rice did not disappoint. They have this cajun seasoning in the lobby that I Had to try. Once I tasted it I sprinkled it on everything in my bag lol. This place is a gem that should be protected at all costs. I was greeted with smiles and hospitality which is rare nowadays and I really appreciated that it almost made it...

My husband ate at this restaurant on his way home to Dallas. He raved about their food, so I had to try it on our next trip passing through. First of all, I'm big on customer service and they were VERY welcoming and accomodating. The food was fresh, hot and well seasoned. This isn't just a chicken restaurant. Fish, hamburgers, stuff bell peppers, shrimp, hamburger steak, crab, red beans, seasoned fried okra, corn nuggets, three types of gumbo (hen, duck, and seafood), and much more. They also serve breakfast!! This will be our food stop everytime we drive from Dallas to...

Great friendly service and always hot and fresh food. I used to go there everyday for lunch when I was working in the area, absolutely love the burger and fries, also love the seasoning they use. Everything they make is good for the chicken to the burgers to the lunches they cook daily in house. On the weekends I think they cook BBQ plate lunches used to get them all the time growing up. Anytime I'm back in the area or close i will go out of my way to stop and support this business. HIGHLY recommend you will not be disappointed.

Great drive thru experience. Good prices on fresh tasting and yummy food. They're not fast, but the wait is worth it. Makes me feel like things are cooked to order. They were also rather busy. Anyways, the fried foods have a seasoning sprinkled on that is just salty enough to add a kick of Cajun spice to your mouth but also subtle enough it doesn't over power everything else. Biscuit was done well, had good flavors, and the corn fritters as well. The burger was good too

I don't know who's barbacue that chicken but they should be put to do something else, cause that person can't barbacue. You pay almost 14$ to get home to dry up chicken. Disgusting. If you can't sell a good plate lunch stop selling them. So unfair. The bean aren't baked bean it's sweet bean. The potatoes salad is like mash potatoes no eggs in it. Smh..
