I purchased my most recent set of tires (Maxxis Buckshot II) from Target Tire. Love the tires and the service was fast and friendly as usual. Unfortunately I had multiple wheel weights fall off over the course of the first few weeks. I kept finding weights next to my tires in the garage. I didn't feel a huge difference while driving so I decided not to bring it back and have everything rebalanced. I wish I had though because when I went back for my first rotation and balance, it cost right at $80 ($20 per tire). Really wish they offered free rotation and balance every 5k-7.5k miles on tires purchased from them like some other shops. Read moreThese people got me out of a bind, when I had a serpentine pulley and belt eat itself on a road trip. Instead of taking advantage of my situation, they did the opposite. They found an idler pulley somewhere in the area, had it delivered while they began pulling the old parts off. I was shocked, but the labor and parts were very inexpensive. A lot of shops, seeing that I was travelling from out of town and in a hurry, would have had sky high labor bills, these people treated me like family. Read moreWe were in a bind after our tow dinghy blew a tire. 2 nice gentleman went to the tire storeand told them about us. Target tire was there quickly, and even tho they did not have a tire to replace it, he even checked around for us. As a last resort we made some tire switches so we could put the donut tire on the tow dolly. Extremely courteous, helpful, and asked for nothing in return. He was truly one in a million.
