Ordered 4 chairs from this place, all special order . 2 leather recliners got here 2 months later because of COVID 19 virus . Asked about other 2 and was told they would not be made until 3 weeks later.Waited 3 weeks, called and was told not to be made for 4 more weeks but was told we could get our money back if we found chairs anywhere else. 2 weeks later we found chairs at another place, called Posh and salesgirl said to come to store and we would get our money back(we paid in full for these 2 chairs) got call from Mgr and said we would only get one half money as per the owner ( his mother) I realize that they were special order but if they are not going to be made for at least another month, this was after waiting 4 months, we should get our money back especially since salesgirl told us we would at least 3 different times. Terrible experience. Poor customer service. I have waited 4 months to write this review and given Posh countless times to contact me and correct the problem. Back in June, we purchased 2 chaise lounge chairs, a table and 4 swivel chairs to match. One of the swivel chairs had to be ordered because they only had three in stock. After months of waiting they finally delivered the 4th chair, BUT it was in the wrong fabric. Uggh. So, we’re still waiting on the chair and it’s mid October. Posh has a great showroom with great classic looks! We shopped everywhere furnishing our new condo and Posh is where we kept coming back too! Marilyn Landreth was knowledable, creative and friendly!
