Joe's TV & Appliance — Local services in Orange City

I recently purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from Joe's. After looking locally, I called and spoke to Gina who explained they had several models in stock. She directed me to their website, but also explained the differences between the models over the phone which was extremely helpful. I was super impressed with the customer service so decided it was worth the drive. Once arriving at the store, we had another salesman offer a thorough explanation of the different machines. They weren't pushy, just very helpful. We were able to take it home that day. After the sale, they followed up with an email offering tips on how to get the best performance from our new Speed Queen which was very helpful.

Did a kitchen remodel, so replaced all my kitchen appliances. Joe was extremely friendly and helpful with me, helping me choose new options. He also held my purchases until my kitchen makeover was complete. The delivery/service guys were very efficient in swapping out the appliances, and took care of everything. Neat, clean, efficient, friendly and respectful employees across the board. Very glad I shopped local. I have been shopping at Joe’s for years, and am always happy. 👍

Our refrigerator freezer went out Christmas eve morning! Needless to say we were in a bit of a panic. We called Joe's and Gina answered the phone and completely took all of our concerns away. She found out the size and color we were looking for and assured us that she was sure they had something on the show floor. She emailed us pictures and dimensions and had found the perfect refrigerator.
