Called 3 weeks ago bc the thermostat and breaker to the furnance aren't working. We have no heat. No one has called back. I would use another business at this point, but I'm not the one who is in charge of these things. (AKA it's not money so I dont have a say). I would like some heat though. Kinda tired of staying bundled up under blankets and sitting infront of a heater.

Can I get a call back? Know if you're going to even come or we do need to call someone else? Or do I just be cold til spring arrives?
