This store sold me a damaged item and when trying to return, they came up with all the excuses and even made up their new refund policies on the spot to avoid providing a refund. So beware, all the return policy signs posted at the store and even the fine print on the back of their purchase receipts will mean nothing as they do not honor nor stand by them and will use any excuse to override them. Customer Service is the worst i have experienced, ever. The employees sitting by their desks are condescending and are allowed to yell and talk over customers across the room . Their attitude is like they think it's a privilege for the customer to shop here. Honestly don't know how this place stays in business despite the terrible customer service. Not consumer nor customer service oriented. Better and safer to shop at Home Depot, Lowes and if they don't have what you look for, shop online. You will not have to deal or put up with the most cringe worthy customer service i have ever had to witness. Did i mention their products...

I love the service the folks provide here. Saved me a ton of money. If you have Kohler or American Standard fixtures and need spare parts, don't bother with Home Depot or Lowes as GPS has it all -- the correct parts and lower or same prices as the knock-off parts sold in the big home improvement stores. I bought a Korky toilet flush flapper from Home Depot for my Kohler toiler. It was still leaking after replacement For almost 50 cents less, GPS had the original part which fit perfectly and no more leaks. I had another issue in another toilet and I was going to replace the complete Fill Valve unit. The salesman showed me how to replace a $2 rubber part that was causing the problem.
