Found orange mirror and glass online as I needed a new glass top for my nook table, went there and was greeted by Laura, told her what I needed, she was very helpful and gave me a fair price. When i got it few days later and took it home I realized i didn't measure it correct, right away i called them back, even thou i knew because it was a custom cut that there wasn't much they can do for me but regardless i needed a new one, Laura answered and to my surprise she was very understanding and asked me to give her till tomorrow so she can talk to her boss and the supplier to see how she can helpmeet, she promptly called the next morning and gave me a very discounted and more then a fair price for the new top. great overall experience even thou I had to pay again to correct my mistake !! but it was all because of Laura and her amazing customer service skills and compassion to help, they are very lucky to have her and I am already telling my friends and family about them and to ask for Laura when they call, Thanks...

I left a review yesterday about poor attention to detail, and almost immediately Laura from Orange Mirror and Glass called to apologize and then sent someone out to vacuum up the glass they left behind. Laura explained that it was a new assistant to the installer, and that they've recently had issues of similar nature. She also explained that that doesn't excuse their action and then she had a technician out here within the hour to clean up the glass pile left on our lawn. The next morning she followed up, asked if I wanted someone else out here to clean anything that might've been missed. Laura was very apologetic and embarrassed of the situation and I can appreciate that. But She went on to explain how they held a meeting with all the employees and used this as a learning experience. Read moreThese folks were great to work with. We were trying to repair a double-pane window (the wrong, cheaper way) that cracked when a plastic toy knife was used as a throwing knife indoors. Who knew a toddler toy could do such damage! Anyways, Laura had the gentlemen in back quickly cut the piece of glass that I needed and they carried it out to the car for me. Laura and Mike also cleared up a misunderstanding that I had about the particular type of window we were working on. And when I got the glass home and broke it before I could complete the repairs (that was fun), they made ordering the proper replacement piece a breeze. It has now been put back in the window and looks great. Their parking situation isn't great, but I'd happily put up with it next time I need glass/windows/mirror things for the stellar pricing...
