At first i was a bit skeptical buying a refurbish computer from an on line dealer, so i did some home work and, came accross a fue company one of them seem reasonably fair so after i selected my up grade, i still was not satisfied with the final price, so i contacted another company ,and while i was waiting on their response to my question i bumped into Ben all i can say he was there for me every step of the way, he responded quickly even before the other guys did, he said he could beat any price, and he did ( the other company boast the same reputation but they refuse to negociate ) he even gave me an up grade on the model i was so surprise when i found out he did that , all i could say is wow! finally when i was in contact with the other company i ask the guy on the instant chat if he could beat the price i receive from ben, and while i was expressing my concearns he replied " Well maybe you shoud buy it from them " i was shocked at his rudeness, then i told him yes i will then later some one else from the same company contacted me and ask me where i got the that quote, and i told her, and she told me that, that company has a bad reputation and will not deliver on what i ordered, and wish me good luck and told me that her price is FIRM (for a lesser model with less for $200 more ) all i can say is Ben delivered on what i ordered and more.Ben came through for me 100 % so for i have my TOUGHBOOK two months and its been great.I highly recomend this company thank you ben i love my...

We are a Fire Department that has been using tablets for the past 3 years to gather patient information on medical calls and in that time we have used and abused the tablets that we had. After sending them in time after time for repair and replacement we needed a solution that would stand the test of time and the atmosphere that we put these machines in. After much research we decided to go with Panasonic Toughpads. Toughbooks 4 less was by far the cheapest vendor out there for these units(we did not need the camera feature). I worked with Ben over about 3 weeks, he was able to secure a trial unit for us to try and almost instantly our Firefighters loved the size/weight/and feel of the unit. Toughbooks 4 less was able to give us full control of the unit for the trail period and once we were done with it I drove down to Orange and handed it back to them. They were also very helpful in the Bid process and provided us all the information we needed to submit the bid to our Finance department. Once we had our PO the units were delivered in just a matter of days. Prior to tablets we used toughbooks and they are reliable units for the Fire and EMS service, we have no doubt that we will have the same luck with these units. And we have the reassurance from Toughbooks 4 Less that if we have any issues they are there to help, working with our front line users or our City IT department.
