Downtown Orangeburg — Local services in Orangeburg

Was my first time at the newly built pavillion. The Car Show was held there this weekend. I was greatly impressed at how very nice it is. I loved the large wooden beams & how it all was designed. Having the nice restrooms is also a great plus. I'm sure the market vendors & customers love being in such a lovely comfortable setting now. They don't have to be out in the hot sun anymore. Smh downtown used to be such a draw which is a reoccurring theme with the overall orangeburg area don't know why. .....most of the buildings are falling apart really needs a construction over haul there are a few businesses that I count on one hand that are bright spots but I've been to smaller area downtown set ups and it's embarrassing the orangeburg doesn't even hold up... 3 stars for those businesses still...

Look like Orangeburg sc is behind time if they consider a few blocks with 7 stores that's open to be considered a downtown Orangeburg is a joke. All they have is restaurants down here and majority of them are dirty but still have a health grade of a A. Sad to say some people don't even know what a health grade is only...
