My parents picked out a washer and dryer from this business. They were told they would not need any extra hoses, etc. because they came with the appliances. They later found out this was not true. The appliances were also sold to them under the impression that they were brand new. This was also false because when they delivered them they had scratches and dents in the “new” appliances. Yes, We had wonderful experience with them. Family friendly, super nice and the appliance I was looking for was on the floor. The price marked on it was their lowest price. I ask if they could deliver and he said yes. I can't remember the exact cost but it was reasonable and they took my appliance off at no charge. I didn't know that until they delivered my new one.
