I had a poor experience at this small boutique. I went in to exchange a dress during my birthday month. I had been out of town for a couple of weekends in a row. I went to go and exchange the dress and was told I am 5 days late for the return policy which is 14 days. They dress was still hanging in the store fully stocked in each size except the one I had gotten for a gift. The owner and employees were rude to me and scoffed as they told me they needed to charge a 25% restocking fee for a dress that was still hanging on a mannequin. We had never been to Deasee’s Boutique in Orcutt before, however, I had stopped by to their boutique in Lompoc once, but the experience we had in Orcutt was amazing, and we are thankful to Cameron for making that experience so great. We stopped in 15 minutes before closing in search of jeans and we were greeted by Cameron. Cameron was amazing, super friendly, helpful, and despite us being so close to closing time, she took her time to help us and we never felt pressured on time.
