My experience with Walgreens pharmacy this last year has been nothing short of a nightmare. After submitting a prescription, I expected timely service, but instead, I was met with utter incompetence. Despite making five phone calls over several days, my prescription remained unfilled.
The lack of response and disregard for customer needs is unacceptable. It's baffling how a pharmacy, entrusted with people's health, can be so negligent. Each time I called, I was given empty promises of action, yet my prescription remained untouched.
This level of incompetence reflects poorly on Walgreens as a whole. It's evident that there's a serious flaw in their system when a basic task like filling a prescription cannot be accomplished despite repeated attempts to rectify the situation.
