Subway — Restaurant in Oregon

Showed up at 7pm. I heard one of the employees tell the customer ahead of me they were out of Italian bread for the night, ( kind of frustrating as it's only 7, and the stores open for another 3 hours). When it was my turn, another employee helped me. Didn't greet me. Looked at me and mouth openly dropped an "uhhhhh." I proceeded to ask what type of bread they had left, he told me they had every bread, and I could get whatever I wanted. So I asked for Italian, as he reassures me after hearing they're out, they indeed had it. Then he pulls out a different kind of bread and when I mentioned that's not the kind I wanted, I asked if they had wheat. Another uhhhhh dropped from his mouth as he finally just mouthed " no" to me. They only have herbs and cheese & 9 grain oat at 7pm and aren't making any more for the night. Just disappointed was all. I went home with no sub as I don't appeal to...

I went for a sandwich for dinner Sunday evening and was appalled at the lack of cleanliness. The whole place was filthy! As I waited in line I noticed on the bread cart was caked with dirt along the bottom also the floor was horrible. As I was choosing my vegetables something oozed down the glass so I had to look past that. 3 young guys were behind the counter and only 1 had 1/2 a personality. 1 I couldn’t hear and the one on the cash register couldn’t take his toothpick out long enough to talk. As I walked out with my sandwich’s I thought sure wish I would have told them how filthy the place was and that I wouldn’t be ordering anything! I absolutely will not go back there for a long time AND if I do I will make sure it’s clean before I order or I WILL walk out after I inform them! The owners should maybe check on...

I'm a regular at Subway, I work right across the parking lot and I order pretty much the same sub everytime I walk in. But today was just more fantastic than most others, I was spotted walking towards the building by a worker there, Shana, and right away she started making my sub the way I like it, no other employee there knows my order when I show up, but she shines from the rest, I walked in from the cold and she already had what I wanted in the oven and the bread and cheese ready waiting to build the rest of the sandwhich, all I had to do was walk to the register and pay, everything was done by the time I had had my cash in hand.
