I am beyond furious and utterly devastated by my experience at Young’s Dressmaker Tailor. This ordeal has not only cost me financially but has also caused immense emotional distress and impacted a very important event for me.

I entrusted them with my engagement dress, a garment of immense sentimental value, and specifically requested the addition of a corset at the back, using the same delicate white tulle fabric as the top. The tailor assured me that she could execute this task flawlessly. However, when I went to pick up the dress, I was met with an absolute nightmare.

Instead of the elegant corset I envisioned, I was horrified to find a grotesque cape attached to the back of my dress. This cape was clearly a pathetic attempt to conceal the horrendous workmanship underneath. When I confronted the tailor about this glaring mistake, she had the audacity to lie straight to my face, claiming that this was what I had requested. This blatant dishonesty was infuriating and insulting.

To add insult to injury, when I demanded that she rectify her appalling error, she insisted that I pay an additional $50 and procure the materials myself. This was after I had already been charged $200 for these abominable alterations. Her response was not only unacceptable but also profoundly disrespectful.

I repeatedly requested a refund, even offering to leave the dress with her because I was so disgusted with the entire situation. She flatly refused, stating that she had already spent my money and could not return it. This is an outrageous and unprofessional way to conduct business.

Young’s Dressmaker Tailor is a complete scam. The tailor is not only incompetent but also dishonest and untrustworthy. She ruined my engagement dress, demanded more money to fix her own mistakes, and refused to refund my money. This experience has been a nightmare, and I urge everyone to steer clear of this establishment. Save yourself the anguish and avoid this place...

I walked in to this beautiful place in need for help for my bridesmaid dress to be altered to me for my sisters wedding and it was a dress given to me when I came in the dress was way to big and this amazing beautiful lady helped me and my twin sister get our dresses to fit like literal gloves I was so shocked and so happy about the fitting and how it looked not only on me but my twin sister she was so kind and such a warm welcome bringing up such good conversation and made me feel so good about myself while giving out little compliments that meant the most to me especially when she said amazing things about my twin sister not only was this our first time coming to her but turns out my father who just passed also went to her so we had recongized the place she really does above and beyond I will DEFINITELY...

We were lucky enough to find Mrs. Young who did a very awesome professional job in taking the dress in and shortening The hem. The bodice of the dress was made of a sheer material in places. when Mrs. Young was finished, you couldn’t even tell where she had taken the dress in It was such a perfect job. we found her to be not only professional and talented in her business But also a very sweet and pleasant person. our family feels very fortunate to have found her, and we certainly would recommend her work to anyone who asked. we will for sure be using her for any future alterations needed Thank...
