I left NY without getting my nails done so as soon as I landed in Orlando I decided to find the best nail tech closest to the airport. This was on the 12/6. I read the reviews of All nails and saw the pictures and was excited thinking that I would get my birthday nails done and enjoy my time at Disney the day after.
I went into the salon to get a full acrylic set with gel polish. I was sent to an older lady and that's where my nightmare began. Albeit being a very polite lady, I knew something was off as soon as she started applying the tips. She glued them on and either dipped the nails in the acrylic liquid before or used the acrylic to set the glue (I've never seen this done before). When applying the acrylic and shaping the nails I told her 6 times to make corrections and it seemed as if she didn't care or didn't understand. This was the worst set that I have ever gotten in my life and they were so big and out of shape! I told her I didn't like it yet she proceeded to take me to cash out. That was when I told a lady in charge that I didn't like them. As soon as she saw them she immediately sent me to another lady (very nice) to correct them. That is how I got the nails to be shaped to my actual fingers and to look realistic in the picture posted.
The new lady was great and apologized telling me the lady that did my nails was "new". Anyways she offered to remove the nails and start from scratch (regretting I didn't do this) but I was already late for activities planned for the day so this wasn't possible. She however tried her best to shape them. What surprised me was that although I told them I was from NY and would be leaving in 3 days, I didn't live in FL, they didn't offer me any discount on the current service since my nails weren't done properly. They said the next time they can give me a full-set with free shaping (so not a free full-set).
The crazy part is that I even left a tip! Feeling stupid now that I did but I left a tip because the second lady was so kind and did her best to correct my nails.
I removed the nails 2 days ago and all my nails are white. They have white bleached out looking marks on all of them and it's like the glue and acrylic burnt into my nails. I am so embarrassed to share these photos online but will definitely be emailing them. My nails...

First let me say that everyone there is very nice and the place is very clean, but my nails are far from looking great. My pedicure was okay except for the fact that my skin under my big toe got cut and was bleeding. That area is still sore. I got gel on my toes like I usually do, and I usually do the same on my manicure, but that's where everything went wrong when I agreed to do the dip. First, let me say that she cut all my natural nails down short without asking me on the length. I usually will get tips on the ones that are too short, but she cut all my nails down. When the first couple of coats of dip went on, I kept looking down at my toes and said, " That isn't the same color as my toes." She tried to get me to keep them that color, but they were a light pink color, and I told her no, I like my nails bright. I think the dip was labeled with the wrong number. She first asked about a purple color. I told her no i like my fingers and toes to match. So she tried to find a color to match my toes, but it's still not the same. When she started to redo my nails after a few coats, I noticed that my right hand was lighter, and when I told her that, she said that the other girl told her to just buff them. So right now, I have 3 different shades of pink between my fingers and toes. My nails are not even or shaped squared, which I said at the beginning. Nails cost way to MUCH MONEY to not look good!! I'm so...
