Worst experience ever. Needs to work with customer service. Ask for a rocky road milkshake that I see in the photos they have in front. They served me Their "version" of the milkshake because it doesn't look like the pictures. But don't believe me, just see the pics and get your own conclusion. I asked the 3 ladies that work there, but nobody could explain to me why, and they just said that the pics are just to illustrate the item. She said that it was the same flavor. So, I felt scam. I don't understand why they can not use real pics or at least make the product as supposed to be. So, i paid $30, including the tips for 2 scoop ice cream cones, which was an extra charge, and a version of the Rocky Road milkshake that was not the one on the show in menu. Bacio is my husband’s and my sneak away spot.. within a walking distance from our house, great to break a walk and sneak in a cup of ice cream before continuing our walk.. my favorite flavours are chocolate and toasted coconut. But what makes it special is the girls working in the shop, I am amazed how dedicated they are - they are always busy cleaning and keeping it nice and organised while provided b an outstanding customer service! Super bad experience, we came since the school gives us a coupon because we did not know about the place, when the girl who attended us arrived right away that we showed the cuopon given by the school assumed a position of discomfort, on several occasions her face looked annoyed, we were not even finished ordering when she walked over the register and began charging us.
