Went on 6-17 to see if they could fix a Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet that had stopped turning on. Spoke with Justin and that I suspected that the battery might be the issue, and the price they quoted me for was reasonable to repair it.
My issue was that 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything back from the as far as the status of my repair even when checking the website. Called on 7-9 and was told that they were still waiting for parts, and they only updated the repair status on the website after I called. A few days later (7-13) I went to the store to speak to someone and was told that the battery was replaced but wasn't the issue, and that there was a connector piece that wasn't working and the part that they were waiting on wasn't ordered in the first place but they would give me a call. Never got a call back.
Today I went back to the store (7-20) and when I asked for my device I was told that the part that wasn't working was no longer in production and they can't complete the repair.Communication isn't organized with this store. I was told by Justin that he was trying to coordinate contact with his supervisor since my visit last week with no luck.
Now I have to wait for him to hear from the supervisor to get my device back since he doesn't have the authority to cancel the ticket. I was told that I should get a call today so I'm waiting to see if they actually hear from them. Justin was professional and acknowledged that the repair shouldn't have taken so long as it did. But I don't think it should have taken 5 weeks to tell me they can't fix the device when I kept asking for updates starting at 3 weeks in. I feel like I only got a straight answer when I actually went...

Wake up the other day with purple and green spots all over the screen and the screen is completely unresponsive. Called this horrible place to see what they could do for me since i now need TWO screen replacements in ONE YEAR on a phone thats two years old with not a single crack. So called "manager" was completely rude and said it was normal, when the last iPhone I had for over 4 years did not need a single replacement and did not offer to help me in any way, besides a lousy $20 discount that doesn't even cover the gas for me to drive over to this horrible place. Snapped at me for clearly being upset, did not offer any real solution to help. Pretty much pretended to be the manager when I asked to speak to one. Said "why would you even need to speak to a manager what are they going to do for you??" then followed that with " Im the manager." Like I didn't know he was lying. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOMG I will never come near this building again. I was here with my 2 sons. Another customer was there picking up a phone which this company broke and had no sympathy for the guy. They gave him his phone back in 2 peices. So of course the customer was mad. He said can you put it back together? the iFix associated said no its broke. The customer said well I didn't give it to you like that, and put it on the counter. Associated grabbed the phone and threw it outside š³ customer walks behind him. And the associated turnt around and push him š² with "2 hands". The customer was a security or a police officer off duty probably but still in uniform. And the restraint this guy had from throwing this associated all over the store. I think the only reason that associated is alive was that my 2 years son was there. And the guard was a good guy, he looked at my son then walked out. I'm sure it's a law suit coming for this company. Horrible customer service and the guy shouldn't be behind any counter helping anyone. I wouldn't recommend bringing your phones, iPad etc. Stay away. Whatever that Spanish guy name is better...
