Bon Appetit Grill — Restaurant in Orlando

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The young lady at the cashier counter is VERY rude and irritable she should not be working there at all. I just left there not too long ago and only order a SIDE of rice while I waited for my DoorDash orders. But when they told me the price which was $9 (the other place does not charge this amount even tho money is not an issue) so I asked to make it a meal instead which totaled to 11.05 (they charge for you to use your card) so I paid the 11.05 but what she did was put the old plate of rice to the side that had the gravy/sauce on it that I asked for. Then she scooped another plate of rice into a different plate then when I told her I wanted extra gravy she literally scrape some of the rice from the old plate (that had the gravy/sauce on it already) then dump the rice from the old plate back into the pot. Mind you the man who plated my food originally, was very nice but since he did not understand me (bc he doesn’t speak English) he also gave me Turkey on the side (that I didn’t ask for I just wanted extra turkey gravy on the side. So the rude young lady took that same turkey n gave it to me without checking to see if it was enough meat. So basically the turkey only had 3 pieces of meat in it. If I didn’t ask the other gentleman to give me more meat I would have been left with only 3 pieces of meat that I originally didn’t want from the jump because I only wanted rice. But yeah that young lady has a horrible attitude n I will not be back to this location even tho I know she’s at the other location sometimes. I do not recommend coming here but the rice is great but the Turkey meat isnt too good just the sauce to add...

I wish I could give 0 stars. The owner of these restaurants should really contact me. I’ve been coming to your restaurant for over 10 years when you were first located on Colonial as well. To say how some of your employees bring your restaurant down is an understatement. I tip your lazy cashiers every time and I don’t mean $1 or $2 I mean $5 plus dependent on what I order and the fact that one particular person lies about not having a product because she is incapable and too lazy to make it. She should be trying to upsell to make money for the business but instead she drives people away and does not deserve a position there. This is the place to go for all your haitian foods,and, if you are having guests testing our food. Saturday mornings are my indecisive days,I get there...Jesus, they have Corn meal,Bouyon,White rice,Mushroom rice, rice and beans,legumes,Macaroni au gratin. It was impossible to pick one without feeling bad about passing over the other ones. I took two plates and the natural juice of Passion fruit mix with sour soap got me feeling like I was in Haiti. Danm,this place is good and not your typical haitian place,they are humble and respectful. Most Haitians restaurant are rude and you feel like you are doing them a favor spending your money there.
