The bakery place in old winter garden is one of my favorite places to go for authentic Caribbean baked goods. I am honored to have been a regular customer for over a decade , so I am very much acquainted with their Salara , butterflap , buns , plait bread, pinetarts , blackeye cake , ect. Prices for various products is fair and very competitive. The Bakery is small , but provides vital baked goods to the majority of Central Florida West Indian community run stores. It is very difficult for niche businesses like this to continue to operate , but one only needs to interact once with their owners to understand the love baked into their products. I've been going there for over five years and never had an issue. Recently, I was not happy with the texture and consistency. of the roti and I called to complain.. Miriam took the call and was an absolute delight to speak to and the way she handled my complaint.
