I placed a furniture order in June of 2020. The furniture was brought to my home Saturday of Labor Day weekend. All my old furniture was removed and 2/3 of the furniture was brought in to my home. After that was delivered they informed me that 1 piece of the sectional was broken without giving me the option to refuse it all to begin with. So for the holiday weekend I had 2/3 of a sectional. I was told that the new furniture would be replaced in 2 weeks. The new furniture was delivered a couple weeks later and I sat on the furniture and the love seat that they just brought and it broken half. I called 5 minutes after delivery and told them what had happened and I felt the front of the love seat and they had just stuck a board behind the main piece of the love seat. It was obviously the original broken I was told at that time they would get a new loveseat ordered for the sectional. That was 5 weeks ago. I told them I wanted a whole new sectional because I did not want the fabrics to match and they said that would be taken care of and it would take about 6 to 8 weeks to get the furniture and again. I have never had any updates unless I've initiated them. I called today and was told that the furniture wouldn't be here until the middle of January. I told them I wanted all the furniture removed and I'm going to go somewhere else. I believe that slumber land is a sneaky and deceptive company plus they've charged my credit card for furniture that is not complete and broken that is unacceptable. I would never recommend doing business here. They just picked up the furniture which I'm happy with. They have very good delivery people. Upon receiving the credit the issued it was over $200 less than what was charged to my account. Still working on that resolution. I was told over 2 weeks ago all of my money would be refunded. Today I got the credit card bill and NO refund has been issued. When I called the store manager said didn't they give me $5000 dollar check 2 weeks ago. I said no it was supposed to be credited back on my credit card. He did however know I returned grey sectional. I told him you can give me $5000 which is 500 more than my purchase was. I wish anyone who had a job would do it...
   Read moreWe walked into the store two days ago to look at a King Mattresses. Only to look and to purchase in a couple more months. We were greeted by the Assistant Manger Amious, who was very professional and personable. He lead us to the mattresses while asking what we were looking for. We described to him our likes and dislikes. He took his time and described to us each mattress. He gave us space and never tried to rush our decision making process. He did check in on us from time to time, and answered any questions we had. We needed some time to think. We then asked to see some bed frames, he pointed us to the correct areas in the store. Again we thanked him for his time and help, and carried on our way to see frames, then out the door we went. Never did we feel pressured. He told us the sales they were having, but didn’t bother us and tried to get us to buy right then and there. My husband and I took our time to think and decide what we wanted. We did called the store back with more question for Amious, again, excellent customer service. When we decided on our purchase, we called and spoke with Amious one more time. He again, took his time and answered our questions. We did ask about the price match that is offered by the company, and he was able to make that happen. He also made other offers to help us finalize our needs. I feel like he went above and beyond to help us find our new bed. Thank you...
   Read moreWe bought a new TempurPedic here from Chad. He was amazingly attentive the first time around as I came with just my daughter. When the bed was delivered my wife hated it. I asked her to go by the store and get the “cooling” blanket and ask for their recommendations. Chad and his store manager bent over backwards and spent the better part of two hours making sure any and everything that could be done to make my wife more comfortable was done. Unfortunately she was still miserable, the bed just wasn’t for her. Chad didn’t miss a beat meeting with us the following Monday and spending another hour and a half even past close making sure we got the best fit for both of us! We settled on his recommendation of twin xl’s which was brilliant as we are so polar opposite that we even went with different brands! We have never been made to feel so important they made everything about us and our comfort and happiness. You can get furniture anywhere here you become family! Chad you made us lifetime...
