I ordered from them a year ago and got a cheap couch about $300. The legs broke in the first week but I didn't call about it because I thought it was my fault.
A year later I decided to get a new couch, recliner, and a dinning room table set. I did cash and they gave me a $100 off of the $899 dinning room table set. Got the deal because I was paying for it all in one setting. Over Thanksgiving I had 3 people fall out of 3 different chairs the legs didn't break but they bent. These were regular sized people that any chair can support. Im over weight & they felt fine & stable in the store but I had no room to move them around. I looked at how the legs are made and it only has screws on one side of each leg causing them to bend when someone moves the chair in a specific direction. I called to try to return or get a solution. The guy said he explained to me about this when I bought it. But he didn't explain anything all he heard was that I was paying the full amount in one setting. I did not see the little "as is" lable on the tag. If he wasn't rude about it and didn't talk over me the whole time I was explaining I probably wouldn't be leaving this review. For $799 plus taxes & delivery I would expect people to not fall out of the chairs. He told me to bring one up there & he would take a look. I probably would have if he wasn't so rude & abrasive as soon as he got on the phone. That only tells me that he knows he's selling bad furniture.
The point is to look at the furniture and tags very carefully if you chose to shop here. They have everything very close together, don't be afraid to move stuff out of your way to try out what your looking at. It can be hard to afford the furniture you want but all furniture is not good furniture.
The couch is good & made with better materials than the last one I got. The recliner handle & base are jamming up. I've head the furniture for...
Read moreI ordered a mattress and box spring from them. We where moving so we kept it in plastic and stuff until moved. We ended up moving a little later than expexted so we started to use the mattress. Thank goodness we did cuz the we immediately notice that it would sink in really bad. So we contacted the people and let them know. We said we only wanted to exchange it cuz this one must have been defective. They asked was it clean and not damaged. We told them yes. That i wad still in plastic. It took them 2 weeks to come out when they did. They seen that it was not damaged still in the plastic. So they left the mattress and said that they would have to decide what they want to do. We told them we just want another mattress. Would even pay the difference to get a more expensive one. If they didnt have the same one. They gave us the run around. Finally they told us that we could exchange it but we had to pay the and extra $100 just to exchange the defective mattress. We called the finance company that financed our purchase and told them the issue. They finance company contacted them told them that they had to exchange our mattress cuz it had been less than a month. The mattress was undamaged and still in plastic. That the product was defective and not due to us. They still refused. The ordeal was so stressful that the finance company paid off the remaining balance we owed of the mattress and told us to go somewhere else and find us a mattress and to not do business with them again. This was unfortunate cuz we had bought several things from them before and never had an issue. But they didn't want to do right by us on this issue which made us stop doing business with them and go to other places even when they had better deals. Also they where trying to resale the defective mattress and i told them how can you sale this to someone else when yoy see the issue...
