I don't even want to give this place one star. About 2 yrs ago I brought my laptop to them to fix my screen, I made sure it was charged and worked. They called me when it was done to pick it up where I was then told I needed to press f2 to bypass bc I had no battery, I say to the guy umm how is that possible considering I charged it and made sure it worked before I brought it here. So whatever I leave bc well I had no proof bc I did not video the fact that it turned on without a cord. So let's fast forward to now, I finally decide to get a battery put in it at a different place mind you, the guy opens it up and tells my husband there is no cord. I tell my husband it's at home, I was thinking he meant the charging cord, nope the cord that is inside the laptop the conects to the battery. So not only did this place steal my battery they also took the cord from the inside of my laptop for the battery. So should you need to get anything fixed either go somewhere else completely or have a video before u take anything to this place so u have proof of what is missing or no longer working. I truly hope the people that were working there a couple yrs ago are no longer employed there bc...

After having a really bad experience at the Ohio Street Location, I went to speak with Austin at the Main street location. He was not in, but Ryan was extremely helpful and professional in getting my problem fixed. Ryan, Nate and Jacky, keep up the great work. Very professional, never dodged. . . friendly and competent service - all a customer asks for. People say for every bad experience, a customer tells 10 people but we're not as quick to point out good service. My wife's laptop computer would not boot so I brought it in and explained to Zack. They looked at it and called me later that day and had it going. They also asked me if I wanted them to put in a solid state drive to increase the speed, They gave me the price of the repair and I was floored how reasonable it was. They gave me the price of the drive and I originally said no. I talked to my wife and we decided the next to go would probably be the drive so I called back and told them to do it..
